Put PDF pages in the right order
This reorder PDF pages tool lists every page of your document and lets you move each one up, down, or straight to the front or back. The new sequence is visible at every step — position numbers update live — and one click saves a fresh PDF in exactly that order, with the pages themselves untouched.
The classic rescue jobs
A cover page that ended up last after a merge, a scanner that fed the stack backwards, an appendix that belongs before the index, two swapped pages in a contract — page order problems are constant, and re-exporting the source document isn't always an option. Rearranging the existing PDF takes seconds instead.
Part of a full browser-side PDF suite
Reordering copies pages losslessly into a new document, all locally — sensitive files never leave your machine. Combine it with merge, split, delete pages, rotate and page numbers to assemble documents end-to-end without a single upload.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Upload the PDF and every page appears as a row. Use the arrows to move a page up, down, straight to the top or to the bottom, then download the file in the new order.
Does reordering change the pages themselves?
No — pages are copied unmodified into the new sequence. Text, images, links within a page and quality are untouched; only the order changes.
Can I fix a document scanned in reverse order?
Yes — move the last page to top repeatedly, or download and re-upload for complex cases. For a straight reversal, moving pages to the top in sequence 1, 2, 3… reverses the document quickly.
Can I remove pages while reordering?
This tool only reorders. To drop pages, run the file through our Delete PDF Pages tool before or after — both run in your browser.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit — processing is local, so it depends on your device's memory. Documents with hundreds of pages work fine on typical hardware.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The file is read, reordered and rebuilt entirely in your browser.
