1. Acceptance of these terms

By using toolerax.com(the “Site”) and any of its tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

Toolerax provides free online utilities — text tools, calculators, converters, image and PDF tools and more. No account is required. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.

3. Your content stays yours

You retain all rights to any text, files or data you process with our tools. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your content never reaches us at all (see the Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of, and take no responsibility for, the content you process.

4. No professional advice — important

All tool results are provided for general informational purposes only:

• Health-related calculators (BMI, calorie, body fat and similar) are not medical advice and are no substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
• Financial calculators (loan/EMI, interest, tax and similar) are not financial advice; actual figures from your lender, bank or tax authority will govern.
• Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

We work hard to make every tool accurate and verify calculations against known reference values, but we cannot guarantee that any result is error-free. Always double-check results that matter.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or abuse the Site (including automated bulk scraping or denial-of-service behaviour);
• attempt to bypass, remove or interfere with advertising, security or access controls;
• misrepresent the Site’s output as certified or officially validated.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, code, articles and branding are the property of Toolerax and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may link to any page freely (we appreciate it!), but you may not copy, republish or resell the Site’s content or tools as your own.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The Site is funded by advertising. Ads and outbound links may lead to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for; their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolerax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
